Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and AMG Global Business LTD ("we", "us"), a company registered in Alberta, Canada, trading as VoiceGem AI. VoiceGem is an AI service that turns your voice, lyrics and ideas into finished songs and music videos. By creating an account or continuing to use VoiceGem, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and if you sign up for an organisation you must have authority to bind it. Keep your login details private and accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans, payment and billing

Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Plan changes take effect immediately and are charged or credited pro rata.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam or harassment.
• No content that infringes others' rights — only upload voices, lyrics and images you own or have permission to use.
• No deepfakes or impersonating real people, no hate speech, and no content promoting violence.
• No adult content: no sexually explicit, pornographic or erotic songs, videos, images, lyrics or prompts, and no use of VoiceGem AI to create them.
• No content that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors. A minor's voice, image or likeness may be used only with a parent's or guardian's written consent and only in age-appropriate material.
• No cloning or imitating another person's voice without their written consent, and no prompts asking the service to copy a named artist, singer or existing song. VoiceGem AI is built to develop your own voice and ideas, not to replicate anyone else's.
• No uploading commercially released recordings, stems or lyrics you don't hold the rights to.
• No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, attempts to bypass plan limits or safety filters, or reselling the service.

AI output and your content

You keep the rights you have in what you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for your prompts, recordings and lyrics, and for how you use the songs and videos you create. AI output can be unexpected or resemble existing works; review it before releasing. Commercial use of released tracks is included with every paid plan — Artist, Studio and Enterprise — for as long as your subscription is active; songs you made while subscribed stay yours to release. Tracks made on the Free plan are for your own personal, non-commercial use. Rights holders can report infringing content to admin@voicegem.dev; we will remove it and may suspend repeat infringers.

Moderation

We may refuse, filter or remove content, and restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Our service

We own the VoiceGem software, design and brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You can stop using VoiceGem at any time. After your account closes, your files may be deleted.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Alberta, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of VoiceGem.
