AMG Global Business LTD, a company registered in Alberta, Canada trading as VoiceGem AI, is the data controller for personal data collected through VoiceGem. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect and why

• Account details (email, login credentials) — to create and secure your account (contract).
• Your creative content (voice recordings, lyrics, cover images, generated songs and videos) — to provide the service (contract).
• Subscription status (plan, renewal dates) — to apply your plan (contract).
• Usage and device data (pages viewed, IP address, browser) — for security, fraud prevention and improving VoiceGem (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to help you (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host our app, storage and AI processing.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting), and authorities where the law requires.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is open and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Email admin@voicegem.dev; we reply within one month.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

We use encryption, private storage and access controls so only you can reach your files. We handle your personal information under Canadian federal law, including PIPEDA, and the laws of the Province of Alberta.

We use essential storage to keep you signed in, and may use analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can clear these in your browser settings.
